Tristan Niesslein

Tristan lives and works globally and has worked within blue-chip and ESG focussed environments for the last 20 years. He holds an MBA from Warwick and continues in the Masters from Cambridge University’s Institute of Sustainability Leadership. Tristan’s professional life is focussed on working towards a more sustainable future within sports, he co-founded The Sustainability Agency, Sustainable Sport Africa and Major League Sustainability, enabling a global view of sport and sustainability, applying knowledge from multiple sectors. Specialising in identifying and addressing the areas where elite sports organisations can innovate to meet their sustainability responsibilities to be future relevant.

David Orr

David is a recognised leader in digital decarbonisation, trade and investment for a global engineering firm and is a non-executive director for NSP, adding globally relavent insights across broad industries for the development of sustainability for all of NSP’s partners. Celebrated as a UN Global Compact ‘SDG Pioneer for Climate Mitigation’ in 2022 and the Chartered Management Institute’s ‘Management Consultant of the Year’ for his work in urban development and climate mitigation. He also furthers STEM education through Science Resources Africa and holds an MPhil from Cambridge, serving as a Visiting Honorary Associate.

Alexandra is a skilled environmental and social Leader, whose extensive experience advises NSP’s social concerns, Alexandra’s experience spans across pivotal sectors like infrastructure, agriculture, and energy. Harvard educated, Alexandra specialises in environmental and social due diligence, impact assessment, gender analysis, stakeholder engagement and action planning. Alexandra’s global project experience is remarkable, encompassing work in high-risk and fragile countries, demonstrating an ability to navigate complex environments with skill and sensitivity. Alexandra is fluent in German, English, French, and Spanish, which enhances her capability to communicate and engage effectively in diverse international settings.
